Halp? My HID's went out after Rains in So-Cal

So this morning I noticed that both of my lights aren't working. I look around and notice that the error code eliminator had some water in it. I don't think the relay had any water in it.

So my question is, would the error code eliminator cause my lights not to work? Also do I need this? If I skip the error code eliminator and connect the relay straight to the ballast, would this work? If this doesn't work, can I be sure that the relay would be the problem?

I'm not familiar with what lights you are running but sounds like an error code eliminator isn't necessary to test your headlight function. I'd bypass it and see if you get your headlights to light up. More importantly if some rain caused your headlights to fail, I'd reconsider what you are running.

 

Yup. I did. I went with come Jumper LED's instead
