Just climbed under the truck to fetch a socket I dropped on the skid plate (story of my life). While down there I noticed an oil leak at the top of the oil pan. I noticed a rubber piece right above the pan on the engine, not sure if that's it or not, any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks

Usually oil leaks are from the timing cover right by the alternator. I'm assuming you have the 4.0.

Edit: I posted before your pic showed up. That looks like the oil pan is leaking.

If it's between the trans. and rear side of the engine, it looks like the rear main oil seal, like LN13 says clean the area good and recheck again. I wouldn't worry about if it's not dripping very munch, if it's the main seal there're a major pain to change but the oil pan gasket is pretty easy to replace, good luck.
