    Here is another funny one that someone I know did years ago. He asked how to do an oil change and figured out that it wasn't hard to do. His engine took 5 quarts of oil and was told this. Upon refilling the engine with oil he noticed that he could not see the oil in the fill hole, so he thought that he needed more, needless to say after putting around 25 quarts in the engine, a friend came to see him and he told the friend " someone told me that you put only 5 quarts in the engine but i've put around 25 quarts and still don't see the oil". That guy wasn't able to live it down for the longest time.
