Huh that doesn't seem large enough to almost completely bypass the turbo. What's what I was going to run size wise

It's less Tacoma and more mod
If it were a more restrictive turbo I could see it having trouble. But in the range I run in with active wastegate management it should be able to keep it down, I'll have additional ignition retard in the map if it creeps but I don't think it'll be necessary

Anyone have any pictures of the haltech installed? Curious on how it all fits in there behind the glovebox and AC ducting.
Does the haltech fit in the same spot as the OEM ECU and then you just cram the adapter and wiring into any other open space?

I put it in the same place the OEM ECU was at.
    I removed the stock ECU,
Originally I zip tied it to the metal bar above the ecu spot,
If you have the 750 (smaller in size) it will fit down by the fan by that kick panel too

Has anyone seen somewhere where you can buy the female ECU connector array, so I can make my own PnP harness?

I've found the male connectors, but not the female, without desoldering a used ECU or something.

I bought one from Tuning Technology to make my pnp harness but they are now out of stock. Here is another that comes with a board attached and includes a 3d printed housing https://speedyefi.com/product/denso-76-breakout-board/

Wait a min. Isn't that for the 3RZ only? Pretty sure the 5VZ has 3 or 4 rows of pins..also may be that I have an automatic..

DIYtuning has been dropping carrying headers left and right. Maybe Boomslang could be a resource?

I did find that one as well in my quest last night...unfortunately that's not correct either. I think that one is for a later Toyota truck actually, since they have curvature and blocks in the wrong places. Edit: I'm going to double check this. I thought I had seen something last night to disqualify it, but now it looks right.

Here are all the 98-00 headers from my FSM:
    upload_2022-11-22_9-44-15.jpg
    upload_2022-11-22_9-44-27.jpg
Looks the same as the 01-04 (w/o electronic control) below.

    upload_2022-11-22_9-44-39.jpg
Copied from above (P/N: 178780-3)(-9 is presumably a newer revision):
    "Think I found the 76-pin manufacturer P/N though: https://www.te.com/usa-en/product-178780-3.html

Here's that one from tuningtech from the manufacturer - few bucks cheaper (P/N:1-5178203-6):

Here are what I have for 03 Taco (presumably 01-04, also 4Rs):
    ETCS is electronic throttle control.
