I've already zip tied it in place so it doesn't rattle. I'll have it handled at Tandem soon, they are gonna rebuild my cv's in about a week. fun day learning about a new tool.. thanks for the help again.

I'll try it tomorrow. iirc the 2nd or 3rd hardware store today had a reversible 13mm flex head, either way at least i won't be making this mistake again.

If you are in North Texas, try asking in the DFW thread, someone there will let you borrow their set and finish in their driveway

1+ for Tim at DMZ. Easy to work with, called him up one day and swung by his shop the day after to pick them up.

1 WEEK LEFT of November sale

Use code november10 at checkout. Thank you everyone for your support

A note on lead time for those who are still waiting on their Hh + 3.6 shackles. In the past 6 months, our orders have continually increased, and on top of that, the percentage of people ordering shackles with Hh is up, so sort of a double increase. We are increasing production for the growing demand.

    Hi @ARCHIVE,

Question kind of off topic but a little related. On the your Spring Under Axle Kit you have. I think the answer is the stock springs will not work/reach. Can you let me know if the kit will work with stock springs on a 3rd gen tacoma? I am guessing the deaver LT or HD springs are recommended.

    Thanks

You can see the tools I used. One thing that helped (not pictured) was a longer metal Sawzall blade- the blade you see was my back up. . Using fresh drill bits goes a long way and keep them lubricated while drilling. Make use of that center punch and be patient. Hope this helps.
Oh yeah used a grinder here and there

Thanks for the replies, I was going to take it to a shop for the install but decided to do it myself.
Today I went and buy the supplies I needed to remove the hangers but I forgot to buy the paint.
Is there any recommendations on the paint I should use?
Also, the instructions did not specify in which position I have to install the hangers when using Icon rxt leaf but I’m guessing they go in the rearmost position(I don’t have to drill a new hole). Can someone confirm this?
