Archive now offers a single leaf AAL that retains the OEM thick overload and doesn't engage much until you load up or go through suspension travel.

I believe he was referring to the 3leaf AAL vs stock pack, not the Hh

Correct. 3leaf AAL vs stock is a harsh ride. The Hh has significantly improved the ride. I will eventually replace the 3leaf with something else.

Thanks for clarifying. Did you remove the thick overload? The 3-leaf AAL is designed to remove the thick leaf

All depends on the rest of your set up, mainly your shocks. If running a relocate and 12” or 14” shocks, +6 should be fine.

Rear brake hose length required depends largely on shock length or shock relocation.
Mildly longer aftermarket shocks might be ok with stock hoses.
A 12" shock relocation should be good with 24" hoses.
Aggressive shock relocation and suspension setup might need 26" hoses.

Should the new poly bushings be greased inside and out or just out?

Just grease the outside of the metal sleeve, and a little grease on outer face of the bushing. I have since learned the bushing is supposed to stay fixed in whatever it’s in, and the metal sleeve is what rotates around.

    Mods? Yes, oh yes..
EatSleepTacos is right. these shackles are so easy if they start squeaking, add more and go from there.

if you are in/around water with your truck or have actual weather for parts of the year, red grease. if not and live in a dry place, any grease but moly fortified is the bee's knees.

So what’s standard procedure for drilling through the bottom rivet on the passenger side that the stock exhaust is blocking? Drill bit doesn’t stand off enough to have access to drill through at all

So I managed to drill the rivet below the exhaust out but was kinda off center since I was holding the exhaust out of the way with my knees lol. Does anyone think this will be an issue ? Attached a pic

If all 4 bolt holes line up, you’re good. If not, then you’re not good. Then just do what’s necessary make it line up. Is that drilled out to 1/2”?
