I always wondered why do people mess with this stuff and then wonder why they’re having electrical issues?

I have not, figured if the check engine light wasn't on, It probably wouldn't pick up a code, but that can be something I try after work this morning.

Fortunately for me everything aftermarket is connected to a single location, I installed the Aux Beam, it has been flawless till now, but even that hasn't tripped or been an issue what's so ever. I only have the Fog Lights connected to the original wiring, however those are working normal both LH and RH I also have an Optima Yellow and now that I read your post the battery has been giving me issues at cold start. I have brand new AGM battery and a 'tune' all ready, just waiting on the 5.29's and air lockers, the wheels and tires are coming later as well as the actual lift and ET kit.

Disconnect battery, put an amp meter in line to monitor draw then remove one fuse at a time to find any large drain on the battery ?

    Part it out, LOL.
Actually too many issues happening at once is too big of a coincidence. Gotta be caused by the brake snafu.

Bad grounds can cause really strange results. Check the grounds.

Mice can get in anywhere. Winter is the biggest problem for them, they want warmth.

    Step 1:
Disconnect every single aftermarket electrical mod you did. Did it fix it?
    Step 2:
With everything disconnected, replace the battery. Did it fix it?
    Step 3:
If step 1 or 2 fixed it, slowly start adding your aftermarket stuff back. You will find the problem.

Here's the thing... A stock Tacoma, even seven years old, never exhibits these issues. Also, it does not matter if the mod is one day old or five years old. I have read countless posts where a mod is old and comes back to bite them in the ass.

Your headlight might just be a burned out bulb. The rest of your problems are 99.9% chance caused by you. Good luck.
