Hands free phone in 09 Taco

I live in Louisiana.
New law as of 15 Aug 2010 makes texting / talking on cell phone a primary offense.
I can not do the text thing very well and not overly concerned to learn.
I do not do the talk and drive thing very well either.
I do how ever have cause to do the talk and drive on a rare occasion.
Would like advice on what would be an inexpensive solution to a hands free addition to my 2009 4X4 excess cab with Iphone.

Parrot makes some reasonable units that will do BT connectivity with a phone. It would look like a small GPS unit that you stick to your window via suction cup, or install at a desired location. It's a decent option if you opt not to replace your head unit and go with a BT setup through that.

How would / will a GPS benefit handsfree cell phone use?

No no, it's not actually a GPS unit. The Parrot unit would be the SIZE of a GPS unit. It's a stand alone unit itself. Just wanted to note that the unit needs to be mounted somewhere you can access them in order for it to function correctly.

I just purchased a parrot ck3000 evolution and the quick connect harness, just about to install tonight.
The parrot I bought on ebay and the harness at americansuperstore as the actual quick harness site wants double for what I paid.
