Hands-Free phone options

Hey everyone.

I have a '09 Tacoma with the stock radio non-jbl version and want to add hands-free to it. I do not have the controls on the steering wheel but want the ability for the radio to mute when a call is answered and run through the truck speakers. don't mind having to add a switch to answer and hangout in one of the blanks that I have. What has everyone done or added to accomplish this?

Best bet is probably to order a bluetooth head unit from Crutchfield. Basic after market head units are cheap and better than the junk Toyota units. Crutchfield will set you up with a fit lot too.

I have it in my truck and use it to stream music and phone calls. It works pretty well. It will pause music on my phone and switch to the call. Maybe not exactly what you want as you say you use the radio but it's an option.
