    ok I've heard they are bad in rain? is it not true then? I live in Vancouver, lots of rain and snow. I was thinking these or toyos.

    Michelin Defender LTX M/S.... /thread

    went through a set of the dynapro's (post from 3 years ago in this thread) and had a blow out, same feeling with the coopers in this thread, FINALLY switched back to defender ltx m/s's (aka MS2's) and wont ever look back.

    Yep. I only buy MS2's. Super grippy when new and at the end of their life, you get subtle warnings to buy a new set instead of just hydroplaning out of the blue. Excellent snow tire. In fact, I rarely had to run 4x4 even when it snowed in St Louis. Of course, I'm an old man, so I'm not super aggressive with driving these days.
