    im noticing the tires are cracking between each tread block on the sidewall.should i be concerned?

    Are they the small weather cracks? If so then you are fine, so long as they don't expose the cords, just keep and eye on them. I suggest going to your local auto parts store and get some tire care products.

    Doesn't look good, Check the date code. I have 25,000km on my P265/75R16's with no issues yet.

    True but it could prevent any further damage occuring

    Either way, fresh rubber will make it feel like a brand new truck. Those old Hankooks are probably hard as iron by now!

    If you do plan on lifting it do it right with coilovers and progressive aal's. I did that and I'm never going back to spacer lifts. BTW Toyo AT2 highly recommend that tire.
