My buddy Ox was with me when I got started with my Tacoma, I bought it because I was using his car and it overheated so I stopped to let it cool at the Toyota dealership. Today would have been his 27th Birthday. He was KIA in Afghanistan on January 29th 2011. I miss you brother, I will raise my glass to you when I get out of the sand.

For those who feel the need to say anything bad about the soldiers who chose to fight, even though we pay for your right to speak please keep those words out of our ears. If a soldier is killed, more than just one family will be in tears. Those who fought by their side will live with a piece of their heart gone for the rest of their lives, I know I will.

Words cannot expressed depth of gratitude we as a nation owe our men and women in uniform. It's too easy to get caught up in the day to day grind and forget about the sacrifices of others.

God bless you all and your families. Thank you for your service and giving us some perspective.

    Prayers sent.
