True. Muscle relaxers will keep your muscles from overreacting to the pain. Ibuprofin is the key for the nerve itself. Just totally lame out! If I know you, you cant set still for long:D you cant get ants in your pants till this thing calms itself:) Knock yourself out with more CAKE:hungry:

My opinion you should stay out the whole week. You make one wrong move-BOOM right back to square 1. You are getting the wisdom of my experience here-

yeah, other than everything else, pretty good. the wifey got me a couple of dvd's that i had wanted, and she got me this thing called "bow fit", which simulates pulling back a bow, which in return, helps with the mechanics of it, and also works out the shoulders and upper back. its really awesome man. and she surprised the hell outta me with them!!:D

no no no, dont listen to ridgerunner. as you know i have a degree in psychology, which pretty much makes me a doctor. here's what you do..... lean over forward as far as you can while standing. then whip your whole upper body backwards as fast and violently as possible twisting your neck back and forth rapidly the whole time. Then swing your head back and forth as hard as you can (pretend you're listening to death metal). repeat this process until you feel better or collapse in tears and pain while soiling yourself, whichever comes first. you're welcome
