the wife and i went and looked at a house and land this am....................way out in the boonies!!!! perfect!!! 10 acres of pasture and hardwoods.........and the house is a doublewide with addition/3 car attached garage, shed/shop out back..........................and the land has plenty of hunting room...........no neighbors close by either.....walk outside naked if ya want to!! we are gonna sit down and discuss this on!!!

 

Tacomaman, sounds like a great piece of property. It's easy to get worked up about something like this. I hope it works out for you. 10 acres and a barn, a dream come true!

 

we are really excited about it. my wife wasnt too crazy about it being a double wide with an addition, but after she looked at the land and all.............she was stoked. we are gonna do some figuring and talking about it............see what we come up with. hopefully, everything will work out and we will get it. gotta sell our condo first.......................but that land and house out in the sticks..................................im in love!!!!!

the kicker is...........the guy we talked to/one who showed us the land.....said we could probably get it for 118k!! 10 friggin acres man!!!

i love the layout of the land.............hardwoods and creek behind the house........2 pastures in front!!! great hunting and living land to me man!!!

 

hey now that is great on the land, will say a prayer about that. Now if it all come through, we can hook up to hunt. Will travel

well.............actually, it was under contract with some girl who was looking at it, but apparently, that fell thru with her...they just havent changed the listing yet. and you are correct sir....................no hoa's!!!!

 

Hey Will, hope things work out for ya, looks like a great place for you and the little lady to settle down and raise a family.....don't know what the market is in that area, but the price sounds very reasonable and the land looks very usable.

Some great wildlife habitat or some livestock of some kind down the road....or a place for some curtain climbers to just get out and kick it up with 'ol pops....

edit: yeah, its real nice to step out on the front porch with no neighbors and take a whiz anytime ya want!!

 

I hope you get it Will, it looks awesome and it seems to fit your lifestyle with all the hunting and outdoors, plus, all the space you have you can make a lot of stuff in there! add a shed for barbecue, even a damn covered swimming pool down the road... a lot of space for fun!

 

I see a bunch of good ol' rednecks sittin around a fire pit with fresh turkey on a spit, sipping suds eating boiled peanuts and talking about hunting and trucks and who's gonna go gather up the next load of firewood.

appreciate it fella's!!! we are gonna go look at it again this coming weekend, and we gotta work out our finances.......and sell our condo......lotta stuff to do, but hopefully...it'll all work out!! we'd love to have it!!

the wife has already said she wants some goats,and i'll have a couple of dogs too!! and i definitely see a fire pit and suds being kicked back!!!

hopefully everything will go right. of course the house needs some work done on it, but we can do that while we are living there, cause its livable good now. new carpet or flooring, fix a couple of the walls where they lifted the roof to add the addition....................but we can handle it. and i absolutely love the 3 car garage and the land!!!

 

Another friday... And another day sittin in the office doin paper work and shooting pool . I have no plans for the weekend except maybe install my grill and watch some football.. But I will be havin a few beers, but im not sure since ive got this damn cold that i cant shake.. I think a bottle of Jack might help ..

As a matter of fact, i think i will head for home soon..

Regular day here, bored as all get out. May kick back and watch a movie with the lady and drive the dogs nuts. Nothing showed up so no mod's for the weekend.
