Happy Memorial Day Everyone!

Please remember those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for the freedoms we enjoy every day and Heavenly Father, please hold our servicemen and women in your strong arms. Cover them with your sheltering grace and presence as they stand for our protection. Please remember the families of our troops and fill their homes and lives with peace and strength. May the members of our armed forces be supplied with courage to face each day and trust in the His mighty power to accomplish each task. Please let our military feel our love and support and please bring them home safe.

Please remember, this is a holiday to honor the fallen, not the ones still alive. While we are happy to hear a "thank you" any other day, this isn't a day for those still living. When you wish us a happy Memorial day, you are hurting us. This day isn't happy to many of us who have lost friends, family, and friends who will always mean more to family. Please take a moment of your day and thank the fallen, send prayers to their families for rest and comfort. Pray for those who are contemplating ending it all because of what they did and what they saw.
