I'm Planning to Lift my 06 DCSB soon and as always ponder the good versus the bad so I figured I would ask the TW crowd that has been there done that already;)

The scenario: 6" lift with 35" tires on a Tacoma

The Question:Are you happy with your truck now or do you wish you would left it stock??

    My DB senses started tingling.....

Ok so ive had both a 3 inch midtravel set up and a DB lift, It all depends on what you use your truck for, If you drive on the occasional dirt road or go splash through some puddles you will be just fine with either, If you seriously want to offroad I recommend the 3 inch midtravel setup, DB if you just want a big lift and don't really plan on romping on it offroad, just my .02

People hate on the drop bracket lift because of the crossmember that comes with the kit hangs lower then if you did a 3" lift, but my tires make up the difference. I love my lift.

I had the 6" DB on my 92, I would love to do the same on my 12 but besides the DB hanging lower or getting 35's and having to re-gear I do use this as my DD/family hauler and with a 6 and 7 year old daughter it just wouldn't be realistic for me. slodc4,UssMoGn your trucks looks good!!

    Yes sir
You forgot to mention the guys from Hawaii with 6" + lifts and small tires :D

Edit: do you want us to vote if we like our lift but it isn't 6 inches?
