FWIW; I would put a relay in the system. I don't like the idea of a 20A switch running into my cab. Keep the high current out of the cab, install a relay under the hood and use the switch or an OE style switch to control them.

6000k HID's, AUX Reverse Lights, 3" Rough Country Suspension Lift, Pioneer AVH-P4200 Double Din, Underglow and footwell Lights, Camo Seat Covers, Duralast Tool Box, Blacked Out Badges, Grill, Front Emblem, Midland CB Radio, Amber Strobes, POWER REAR WINDOW, cup holder LED's, Firestik 3' in bed, console divider, Ultragauge.
Looks like they may be decent on a front bumper mounted lightbar. Depending on how bright they are. If the housings are decent it would be a good platform for an HID retofit maybe

I got them sorta wired in today, but only one light of the two works... Looks like they are coming out and going back to HF. You get what you pay for, like many of you have already said. I am going to try the one out when it gets dark, but will be taking them out very soon.

i bought 2 of the $10.00 lights about 9 months ago. there are lots of reviews where people added water proofing and spray painted them to stop rust. i just spray painted mine black and i have no rust on them. a tiny bit of water has seeped in someplace and they have a little water inside them. so far they are holding up, i rarely use them, like the OP i just wanted some lights that looked cool and i could still use once in a while. they are not very bright.

So I got them wired up, what a pain that was, but not really by any fault of the lights.

SO it got dark and I tried them out, first things first, only one of the lights worked, I tried a few things, and it is just a bad light.

Just the one light, I was about 4ft from my garage door:

Now keep in mind that only one of the lights worked, and the light is behind my grill, and the mesh and letters get in the way. But, didnt really do a ton, since the one like was broken I didn't see the point in driving around with them. They were removed the next day, and returned for a full refund a week later. I currently just have the bracket in there and nothing else. Thinking about a set of Hellas, but not sure if I want to bother, because the grill obstructs them a lot, and I dont want to mount them on the outside, nor do I want to change my grill.

I returned these for a easy full refund, no questions asked after I told them that only one of the lights worked. So I took the money and ordered some Hella 500 FF Driving Lights, should be here in a week or two, backordered...
