    Just an FYI

That jack has a maximum lift height of only 17.5" high and I'm pretty sure that's not high enough to lift a tacoma.

won't work for the suggested jacking point on the frame, but if you are careful and good with a jack, you can safely use it to lift from the lca.....or just use a block of wood

You should NOT lift from the LCA at all unless its an emergency. Buy a jack thats the right size.

agreed. then again, emergencies are why you'd carry a small aluminum jack in the bed. just keep a big one for regular use in the garage

guess i shoulda put a SO CAL disclaimer on this one.. hahahaha

for us desert racers/wheelers, these floor jacks work great under the LCA out in the desert... of course, we add skid plates to the bottoms of the jacks to keep them stable in the dirt/sand...

most of us use the 14" jack, but the 17" lifts the race trucks or rigs with 35s better...
