Have only done 3 jobs with it so far, but I am happy. Bidding a job now that will be 5 32' arched trusses for the Cosmopolitan. Problem is finding someone that can powdercoat pieces this big as they need to be single pieces. Then the nightmare of getting a crane, closing down the street and getting the trusses up to the pool area 7 stories above the strip. Building the trusses is the easy part.

It's crazy that they built out that far. When I lived there it was a twenty minute drive once you past the last structure to get to calico.

2 minutes to calico from my driveway, but within the next year I am going to start building a 800 sq ft house and 2000 sq ft shop up in cold creek.

FYI, the digital torque wrench adapters were back instock at the main for all HF stores (camarillo), under no longer the pitsburg name but Quinn, priced currently the same (28.99) with a 25% off coupon this weekend so win! (I was gonna buy one online and have to pay for shipping). Now to calibrate my torque wrenches.

I bought the Chicago Electric Flux Core Mig welder some years ago, Used it on two projects and the tip inside the nozzle broke. Tried to get it replaced and had to play the waiting game on the phone. After being transferred several times I just gave up. Harbor Freight doesn't make them so you have to go through their partner company who has terrible customer service, at least that was my experience.

This is an issue to keep in mind when buying Harbor Freight power tools--in general repair parts are not available through HF. Years ago (20+) they were, indeed I purchased many, however now they are mostly not. The good news is that because they are just house-branded generic Asian products you can often with a bit of detective work find parts at 3rd party suppliers; but when buying it's best to consider them to be "throw-away".

I pretty much no longer buy them...
