Have one, worked great for me...depending on what you are changing the brakes on you may not need to bleed...I very seldom do...I just use a c-clamp and SLOWLY push the piston back....Take the lid off the master cylinder and lay a clean rag over it...

I just bought one of these last week to replace my old Weller 325 W gun I stupidly let my step-son borrow--it's pretty good for $12 (with the 20% off coupon)...

Bought this last Friday--brought it back Saturday--one of those "if it sounds too goo to be true, it probably is." things...

Cute as a bug's ear, but no way near capable of the claimed 700 lb·ft "breakaway torque". It was barely able to break the lug nuts on my wife's RAV4 (torqued to 76 lb·ft)--this with a 3/8" hose direct connection to a 155 psi compressor.

I have a Husky H4435 that came bundled with the compressor, rated at 550 lb·ft it could spin the HF tool around all day...

The most I did was a Tacoma hood. I had to fill the hopper about 6 times. Maybe 20-25 minutes. I was very impressed.

The fact is I bought the pressurized unit to blast the hood and it sucked. I used this hand unit because of curiosity. It worked amazing.

Yep. be aware, a 50 pound bag of glass beads lasts a long time. I still have half a bag.

Anything rubberized will give any blaster a hard time. Get some acetone and dissolve it off.

Remember, headstones are made using a rubber template and blasted with sand to make the writing.

Painted it and put it on my Tacoma. What else would I do with a Tacoma hood?

I had to replace this one.

I still have my purple top one. I've found that a cheap bag of SHARP sand at Lowes (crushed quartz used in deck mud and mortar) works very well. I carved out my name in an old piece of rubber inner tube. I tape that to my wife's glass bowls and pans then lightly hit it with the blaster. It etches our name so the pans get back to us when we take them to parties. I also carve other designs using an inner tube and etch metal stuff. Straight blue masking tape also works for one use only. I've completly removed all paint from an expensive machined aluminum trailer hitch decoration and repainted it. New ones are about $100. I find it holds plenty of sharp sand for these mini projects but admit I wouldn't want to use it for large body panels. Wear full face protection. I'm not kidding. Do it!
