My HF C clamps have done a dozen leaf packs without issues.

HF quality is hit or miss, especially on cast items.

I was gonna say, I’ve used mine on leafs before with no issues. I think you just got unlucky.

Anyone have any experience with their spray or roll on bed liner? Solid fold tonneau cover is fading thinking of using bed liner to spruce it up.

    Reserected from the dead.

I use it quite a bit. I like to use it as a paint. I paint my trailers with it and it holds up better than Rustolium.

Using it as a bed liner coating is fine, but you need to do at a minimum of 3 coats to get a decent thickness build up. I don't think of this as a real drawback, since I only do the 3 coats in areas of the bed that will receive actual material contacts.

If you use a 25% off coupon, it makes it a pretty good deal.

In addition, I like that it is ready to use. No mixing it with an activator. Also, it doesn't dry out in the can between uses.

It does stink bad, so do use it outside.

I used it to coat the metal drawers of my bed platform. Like all the bed coatings the quality of it is based on your prep. Making sure everything is super clean.

I used both. I tried to do as much as possible from the can. Tight corners were done with the spray.

Going to use it on an extant solid fold 2.0 should able to roll it on most of it. Thanks again for the info @HawkShot99

Anyone use their 5 ton log splitter? Looks a little slow, but the youtube reviews are good. [IMG]

For Mothers Day, I picked up the hedge trimmer with the 25% coupon for my Wife. I also grabbed some red grease for the U joints and a flex hose to fix my Dad's old grease gun. It was a good day.

I was surprised that the standard end fitting worked on the zerks. I was expecting to used the needle end.

I wiped off all of the purged grease that I could, but I did get a whiff of cooking lube when I parked this morning.

Yeah flinging grease is inevitable. No matter how hard I try to clean them up it never works.

Ditto, electric impact works great. Mine is 5 yrs old.
    Impact sockets, excellent.
30-gal air compressor...set up on me once under extreme use. Let it cool off, works like new since.
10x18 portable garage/shed...nice quality, no damage thru a fairly hard winter.
Manual log splitter(think big hydraulic jack) awesome tool! I use it to make my firewood real small as I have a small stove. 4 seasons old now.
plus many other things over the years.
Like others have said, not Snap-On or Craftsman quality. But they get the job done when used correctly.

You think like I think, apparently. Most wives prefer something more feminine.

I got a lot of flak from some women standing in line behind me at Wally World when I bought a scoop shovel and said it was an anniversary present. :)
