Looks like an awfully weak object to work for hitch balls.

2 pivots on what appear to be pretty insignificant bolts. Makes no sense for a high torque delivering tool (like a box wrench).

    Sooooooo....
I’ve had the 3ton low pro long reach orange Daytona for just under 2 days now, just finished installing new brakes on my Tacoma, (FYI 7000 series Greenstuffs suck ass, lasted me just a hair over a year and probably +\- 10k miles, they were paired with USR rotors)
Besides that, I’m liking it. Funny thing is the steel is actually thicker on the long reach orange 3 ton version vs the yellow HD Daytona to deal with all that weight out further on the arm. Without weight the jack gets up to its ~25in height in 4-5 pumps, just a little longer than the yellow. Only the top main arm joint is greasable compared to the yellow Daytona which you can grease all points.
Another huge advantage the orange one has over the yellow is it has a foot pump that uses the fulcrum of the handle without it moving. You can easily foot pump it up to full height without weight in 5-6 pumps, under weight, I would advise not trying to pump it, it’s REALLY REALLY HARD. FYI at this point in time, only the 3ton long reach low pro comes with the foot pump. This is actually my second one per say, first one I had to return to the store because the entire frame was bent out of the box, one caster wheel was fucked and wouldn’t budge, and because of the bent frame, the front right main wheel didn’t even touch the ground, just spun freely. It was also the last one left in Vegas until just this morning. ( I had it last Tuesday)
Ordered one online instead straight from HF and it arrived yesterday, no issues with this one yet. I hope it’s just a hit or miss situation.
Also don’t buy online, with the taxes they charge, it’s actully like $10 more, and the jack itself is already $10 more than the yellow Daytona :angrygirl: just cause it’s the long reach version.

Sink fixture tool to tighten the bolts on the bottom of the faucet head or the open/close valves.... just a guess but it looks like something I wished I had when I worked on my sink.

That was kind of what I was thinking although I've never seen one with a 90 degree bend in the handle.

Did you use the included rivets? I had to use their cheapest riveter kit with the yellow handles, and it worked great. The rivets on the other hand, total shit. I had to use the next size up just to keep the rivet from tearing apart when I tightened it down.

No, I didn’t. I bought a 100 pack of their 3/16” rivets for everything, and haven’t tried the included ones yet.

I had issues with the small ones, not sure what size offhand but whatever the smallest kit size is.

Let me know if you ever have different results, maybe I’m unlucky.

I got the hydraulic riveter and it's been great. If you're doing more than a couple at a time it's worth the cost. I also have used all different sized rivets from HF and haven't had any issues. Mobile bar :)

Ive had the original yellow one since October 2016 and have used it ALOT with no issues at all its definitely a quality jack. Id recommend it considering it has a 3yr warranty vs the 90 day on the orange Daytona models.
