FYI for those who get freebie flashlights keep any eye out. Looks like they have changed to a single LED SMD style led. The new lil guys are BRIGHT, cast just as much scattered light and have a MUCH hotter center beam. Not sure of the part number (as i through out the packaging before i realized the difference) i just so happened to stumble upon this on my last HF purchase when i got home with my free light.

Also note, it might take a while for these to show up at your store, my store is the MAIN store in Camarillo, CA... ya know, the store where the entire HF shipping department is in so it usually gets things first.

Should get the 1 with the handle that extends. Extends to I think 18" and eliminates the use of a breaker bar or cheater. I have 1 for work that I use every day and it takes a beating. imo the best tool I have bought from HF

No real issues. Did have to change the wheels out to those bigger ones. Ones on there only work on the smoothest concrete. I slide mine around in the dirt. Change the oil quick initially and trash the garbage spark plug. Be careful pulling out the plug wire, boot on mine separated from the wire, but it justs pushes back on. One of those types of boots.

Good otherwise. Quite as hell and pretty good on gas.

I will be repainting my front and back double-decker porches + a good size garage. I already scraped the old paint off the front porch and sanded most of it with the Harbor freight Drillmaster 1/4 sheet orbital palm sander. Between the new orbital palm sander and using 3M Pro Grade Precision 9 in. x 11 in. 120 Grit Medium Advanced Sanding Sheets (15-Pack) from Home Depot the prep is going easier than expected. 3M really has taken the old type of sandpaper to a new level with its performance and longevity.

no pics but, I purchased a couple of those Braun LED rechargeable cordless work lights for $20 (on sale with coupon), they also have the small battery powered ones for $4! They have magnetic bases on them both and are actually pretty bad ass lights for the price! Also bought a couple of those Apache 2800 cases for $22 with a coupon.

I was hoping to pick up the smaller LED light for $4, but the only one left on the self-didn't work even when trying new batteries so glad I tested before buying. I have 3 of the tactical LED lights and they are great compared to the freebie LED lights, but they go through batteries faster. They had none of the lower lumen lights left with longer battery life, except for the specialized UV lights which look like very few were sold.

Anyone use the $5.99 floating charger? I picked 1 up to keep my popup battery charged when in storage.

I've got one, but havent tried it. I have been using the shat out of the solar ones for all my toys batteries, though. Eventually i added the solar regulator to them. They work great, but break them open and clip the wire to the damn blinking led for more power.

Absolut crap. It actually discharges your battery if you loose power.

That's not good since I use a light timer to only have the battery charge for 4hrs at a time. I believe that having a battery constant floating isn't good.
