Anytime I sell something I list it for more than I really want for it.
I wouldn't lie about the condition. but if their willing to pay what I'm asking and not haggle for it, that's what it gets sold for

Been using the HF stool as well, its very stable even on my sloped driveway. The snap locks for the folding legs work, no issues. This stool is alot easier on my legs as well.

I have that little guy for blasting dirt and mud off my truck. Does a good job at that, but that’s about all it’s good for.

No, I don’t think it would. Spend a little more and get a ryobi one from Home Depot. They’re not too much more.

What's worse than my "make-beleive story" that is completely plausible is that you believe this is because of the vehicle I own. Additionally, this is not selling a used vehicle or misstating the quality or condition of an item. All this is in my opinion is asking a price and having someone say they will take it. No more no less.

This is a recurring theme in this thread and it always ends up the same way.

Questionable guy doesn’t give a fuck. Half the guys say he’s a dick, half don’t.

Maybe HF attracts that type of personality, or maybe TW does.. either way, let’s agree to disagree and move on.

    :)

    ok

    these work great.

I had to use them to fix a used HF paint sprayer I bought the other day:anonymous:

Really though they work great and they're only $10 [IMG]

I had one that I had to bleed the air out of almost every third pump of grease. Maybe just bad luck if others have had success

No, what I did was put something up for sale for a price and someone wanted it and bought it for what I was asking. I did not force the guy at gun point to buy it.

You buy things like this all the time. Your just not smart enough to know it.

word to the wise Jet... the electric washer I had (not from HF but the brand and model was recommended by Consumer Reports as their best value) was garbage. The extension cords needed toextend away from the house (like a fence) are ridiculous In cost and my outside circuit breaker kept popping. I walked back and forth flipping the breaker switch back on more than getting any washing done. Took the thing to the nearest authorized repair place, waited 3 weeks and got back basically the same garbage thing. Ended up buying a gas model... works GREAT and much more power.

I actually bought the sprayer online because the closest HF is 40 mi. and yes I used a coupon.
So it’s not just down the road like you assumed. So the buyer was happy and I was happy and your the only one that’s upset. So what does that tell ya?

Soft cunts trying to white knight for a non-existant audience. I regularly purchase items for more than what the seller paid for them. Someone needs to start trying to squeeze the necks of every retailer that’s ever sold goods for a profit.

I have a 1935 John Deere Model B tractor here that I bought for $500 and after a complete restoration I’m selling it for $6,500. Have a sook over that.

According to members in here you still ripped somebody off because you probably sold it for more than you bought it. How dare you...
