I can't like this post enough.

The next cheapest welder is 10x better than this turd.

Unfortunately, it is a great seller because most peeps do not research this thing.

They see the cheepest price and go all in. They use the thing and think they can't weld and they walk away from welding forever. It's kind of a shame.

I definitely didn't think it was me except for I would clean the shit out of the steel and it would not make a good contact. I ended up buying a used Lincoln and I didn't even have to think when I was using it.

Picked this up for today, not bad for $20. I use a Proto ratchet at work, it feels pretty much the same.

Some work well. Both of mine--the original dud and its replacement--weren't worth the amount to gas it took to drive to the store. But the $8 AAA worklight is a gem.

I got two of those from Amazon. They’re so much better than piling all my pliers on top of each other!

then you won't get a flywheel off a 4cyl as they use 12 pt bolts. You need both.

It's nice to have both 6 and 12 point sets and sometimes you need both .

I have a habit of reviving my dad's old tools just because. I have a couple of his sledgehammers that I sanded and stained the hickory handles and on one I wanted to fully polish out the hammer. Random other tools get the same treatment. Also have a 36" pipe wrench that he had and was all rusty. I have no idea where he got it from or what he'd even use it for, but there it was in the corner of his garage. I removed all the rust and repainted it bright red and now it hangs in my garage if I ever need it. I think I had mentioned the "Ford" adjustable that I painted ford engine blue too.

Contact Milwaukee with the model number and they might be able to get what you need or can tell you who might have “new” old stock parts. Maybe even a remanufactured part. Check here :

Best work light I've ever used. Rechargeable 18650 with usb charging makes it very convenient for me. Sadly while I was doing an alignment on my truck I turned the steering wheel and the tire made contact with the light and broke it at the hinge. Another excuse to go back to hf.

I just liked your comment because it's a reminder that I need to get this done too. maintenance on tools is important especially when we spend so much on them.

Just so you guys know. For the blast cabinet a shower drain works best for the hole on back.

Threaded and sealed without any gluing, comes with two bushings, and collapses on factory bushing.

Well since I’m not using vacuum hose I’m not that flexible on bucket placement. I overpaid for the hose, but it’s what Lowe’s had. I want to make a platform in a way the bucket can roll with the cabinet.

The cabinet is already on a Herc-U-Lift by Rigid now.

I don’t care for blasting in my garage, so I want to be able to just run an extension and airline under my garage door and blast right outside.

I use liquid gun blueing on my pliers. Slows down the rust process and makes them easier to wipe down after I am finished with them.

Pssst, if you ever replaced a flywheel with 12 point bolts, you wouldn't be posting. The torque is something like 90 ft-lb plus 90 degrees rotation. That's well into half drive territory and you're not doing that with a wrench as it's recessed. And don't worry, I also have 3/8 drive 12 point sockets.

Toyota also uses a 12 point axle nut on some cars. It's 30mm IIRC. Good luck with your 3/8 drive on it
