I’m not an ITC member but I used this coupon for a sweet recovery strap. Also got a crap ton of various hammers with the 30% off items <$10 coupon

I finally got tired of putting my 3 ton jack stands on 2X6’s under my truck and bought the 6 ton HF jack stands with the $35 coupon.
They don’t look as solid as the $70 ones from elsewhere but my Taco is the heaviest thing they will be under. Should be good.
Lady at the register asked if I wanted the extended warranty but I thought if they fail I won’t be around to collect the replacements.

I'm needing to lay a bunch of tile so I picked up the 7" diamondback tile saw. I had a specific coupon for it that expired November 1st. My local store was out of stock so I just ordered it online on the 30th and it showed up at my house 3 days later!!!!!
I tested it with the included diamondback blade on a sample piece of 18" ceramic. It cuts extremely clean and straight! Zero slop in the slide table. Very impressed!!!

Sweet! What was the OTD price?
The $200something "brick and tile saw" I got from them a while back cuts pretty consistent.
Consistently crooked by about 1/8"

No problem. Seems like it will be more than adequate. That chicago electric model seems kinda sketchy when i was looking. The slide is super sloppy and I was worrying about chipping the edges on those long pieces.

I can't tell you which one is good, but can say stay away from the 1/2"" Bauer battery impact driver. Has OK torque for many bolts, but too weak to break lug nuts loose.

The slide is a joke, but I put a stupid expensive blade on mine and it tore through 39" Italian porcelains no problem.
I just had to account for that 1/8" being off and I was good. I'd forget here and there though and had some f'ed up cuts...

Nice! I was contemplating upgrading the blade but this on seems ok. I'm hoping for the smallest possible grout lines for that faux wood look so needed the precision lol. I'd go laminate but my dogs fubar everything....

Hahahaha...It wouldn't seem right if HF had normal sales/flyers like everyone else and not making it seem like they are on the verge of going out of business nor filing for bankruptcy.

I hear ya, that and my 5 year old are the reason I skipped laminate/real wood and went to tile. From the looks of that tile a 1/8 is probably the smallest you can get away with. I'm in the biz, so if you have any questions let me know. My company makes all the setting materials

Awesome thanks man I appreciate it. I was actually going to try those 1/8th leveling spacers with the wedge. I've never used them before. Any feedback on them?

The wedge is decent, but I'm partial to the Spin Doctor (can be found at Lowe's). They are more fun to put on, and give you more surface area on the tile than those skinny wedges.
Its really potato potato though, they all do essentially the same thing :notsure:
Make sure your substrate is nice and flat. These leveling clips are not made to account for that at all, all their work is at the tile's surface.

Dooooood thanks for the heads up. I just googled the spin doctor. I'm definitely going to try those! Mechanical leverage always wins! Luckily I'm laying all this on the concrete foundation which is level. I just got result from my mail in asbestos test (lol) on the ancient flooring I found under the carpet. Renting a power scraper on thursday and DOING WORK!

    Happy to help!
It is fun as hell to come in the next day and kick those little leveling caps off too :goingcrazy:
Enjoy that scraper! If it's the walk behind type, you'll be done in no time :muscleflexing:
