Not since Christmas unless they're somewhere other than the website.

I really liked the coupons. Obviously, whatever I was looking for, I could get a discount price on. Inside Track is essentially a sale price on select items, which you pay for.

Paying for a reduced price = stupid.

Years ago I paid to join a 'club'. They sent flyers with prices but didn't list the non club price. Could look it up but....

Ah that's good to know. I didn't think it would but couldn't recall the output. The wattage always confuses me. (electricity in general :))

They have those Apache cases on sale. I picked one up for gun storage it's a fantastic bit of kit I may have to get a few more for my off road adventures.

yeah I've seen those, thinking of getting some of the bigger ones but even the small one would work for camera gear as well.

so honest question, are the jack stands safe/worth it now?

I need a floor jack and jack stands, was going to get some from Pep Boys, but maybe an HF trip is in order this weekend?

Man, this is such a loaded question. It all depends on you. I use my 6 ton HF jack stands with my Daytona 3 ton jack and have zero reservations. I look it over and make sure there are no cracks before it goes under the truck, look at the part that rises up and make sure theres no weird wear marks on it or the pawl, and so far so good. Some other guys on here won't touch a jackstand from HF ever. Someday I'll buy a more expensive set that has a locking pin that goes across when they're at height from a nicer brand. But for what I do, yolo, they work.

Also, I do throw my tires, if they're off, under my truck when it's jacked up as a third backup, just in case. Easy to do for a tiny extra piece of mind.

Edit: one more thought. Go for the 6 ton stands if you're lifted at all. The three tons will reach, but they're real far extended at that point. Plus the six tons have a wider footprint.

I got the big red torins there at the bottom of the page. the 3 ton set. Figured might as well go overboard. I put my wifes corolla on them when I did it's oil pan seal and at the bottom setting the car was like 8 inches off the ground.

I watched this video and trust the new jack stands after verifying/modifying the tooth. I posted it here somewhere but I can’t find it but here’s a link to the same post in my thread:

They are fantastic for the money. And if you plastidip the foam after you fit your gear, you have a pretty sweet custom storage set up.
