There was a coupon for their 3 ton Daytona floor jack (purple, red, orange, yellow) until February 4th. I was going to swing by this weekend, but apparently HF has yanked the coupon sometime between late last night and this evening. They're now advertising the jack for the full $289.99 price instead of the $249 sale price. :annoyed:

Guess I'll wait for the next sale. Bait and switch. :smash:

edit: never mind, I found the coupon though google search:)

For future reference, if there is a coupon for something, it'll be on hfqpdb

Was able to grab the last purple Daytona jack at Harbor Freight this evening. Unfortunately, the seals are junk and it's going back tomorrow morning.

The other 2 Daytona jacks I have (yellow and purple) are fine. Just got lucky with this defective purple one. :annoyed:

Use my 15% off coupon on a new garage chair They were also having the free bucket weekend as well so with my purchase of $25 I get a free bucket or so I thought. Well come to find out, you need to use the coupon which dawned on me after putting the chair in the truck. I go back in asking if I can get my bucket. Well I now have to return the item and buy it again to use the bucket coupon, stupid but whatever. Now the fun part, they try to use my 15% off coupon again and nope, its already been used. So manager comes over, starts blaming the cashier for what she did.....not calling the manager for a price adjustment based on the situation. She leaves saying make sure you aske everyone about the bucket before they leave. So I got my bucket and seat at a discount.
The install was about as easy as possible, you put the cylinder on the base and attach the seat, wheels and base were already assembled.

I’ve had one a few years now and hands down the best jack I’ve used. It’s a heavy monster tho, so if portability is what you’re after then move along.

It would be used at home only. The little stock bottle jack will have to do for any roadside flat

If you need portability this jack is awesome, super light and height wise can lift stock tacoma.

I need one that can lift at least 18.5 inches

I could do the rear with that jack but if I remember right last time I measured my jack point is around 15-16” from the ground

also I’m not concerned with portability. I’ll just be using it from home

Lifting a stock Tacoma is nice until you don’t have a stock Tacoma anymore.
