in addition to my 240v MIG and TIG machines, I actually have that exact welder. I usually reach for it when I'm working on something quick and dirty, or if a buddy asks for a hand in his garage and doesn't have 240v available. probably had it for about 4 years now, and am quite impressed with it. it has a lot more juice than I expected from a little 120v machine. just get some antispatter spray and you'll be good to go.

If that Titanium is anything like the Chicago Electric I bought years and years ago just put some good wire in it and it will lay down some decent welds if you're just a little proficient at welding.

I used one and was impressed. Definitely worth $100 even if you just use it for getting out rounded and broken bolts or modifying tools

I've had it for a few years now and it's been good to me when I've needed it. Small projects for bikes, broken bolts, bracketry, fucking around, etc. No complaints and none of the expense of bottles and stuff. For how infrequently I need it it made sense to me to go straight flux core.

I’m waiting for a sale on the 3-ton round pad jack stands. Standard shape supports don’t work well with the Sienna.

Been checking out the Icon tools lately and finally decided to make the change

Gave my Husky setup to my dad so it’s a win win

Still one more run left to get all the items in the wish list

There is a click with the return spring when running it past 1/2 plunge rotation . I can see the spring cover deform but, it doesn’t affect the operation. For the amount I’ll use it, I’m good with it. Slight hi speed vibration but I’ll never use that rpm.
For the price, it was a no brainer.

Here's another through for a 'basic' MIG machine. I got one of these a few years ago, it's pretty versatile. Dual voltage and dual shielding. I have a bottle but I usually run flux core. I've gotten good welds on 3/16 plate on the 120V side, it's just a bit slow. I had an end-of-the-year coupon and was out the door for under $500 including a spool of wire, a corrugated wire feed wheel ( for the flux core wire) and a pack of consumable replacements.

I realize that this is a HF tool thread, but this machine is comparable priced to a comparable HF welder and you can get replacement parts for the Eastwood machine.

I don’t know if this has been discussed in here before. I haven’t seen this discussed, but does anyone have any experience with this auger? The reviews are good but thought I would ask here.

Looks good, very nice color as well. I have a almost identical roll cart, I highly recommend getting the bolt on folding side shelf.
