I need the time to be able to. Divorced with kids takes up a lot of time.

Maybe I can once I drop off the taco for leafs recall, I can go shopping. For now the taco parked next to the scrap pile while I drive the Beast.

I recently picked up a demo hammer from HF...it's great for digging nice, clean post holes in the clay and rock filled dirt at. 16 posts down and about 20 to go.

I also need to do some digging, the ground here is hard af, shovel itself won't do it. I was thinking about renting and auger buy then again the ground is so hard I doubt it would to the job.

With all the rock here an auger is marginal at best. The demo hammer lets me break the rock that get in the way of a nice clear hole.

I bought this 1" SDS hammer/drill 3 years ago this month when we were remodeling our house and constructing an out building--used it to drill (96) 3/4" holes in the poured concrete perimeter header, and have used it a bunch since then--most recently yesterday to drill a 1-1/4" hole through the brick sidewall--it just keeps on ticking and spun the 1-1/4" bit with no problems--it's not a Kango, but for happy-homeowner use I believe it has a long life left in it.

its an HF #97743--I don't think they offer this model any longer:

With summer being near I thought this might interest some: R134a test manifold and gauges on sale this weekend for $49.99, get a free utility knife while you're there...

I've been buying HF for years. Never had anything fail, and I use stuff a lot. Bought a 21 gal air compressor on a one day Christmas sale coupon for $119.00 plus free shipping.

How they can ship a 100# item for free is beyond me, but they did. Works excellent in my son's shop. Always a good deal with them.

I have the same one. Just use it to rotate tires on the Tacoma and Camry. The weight is great and im impressed with the rapid pump too. Looks cool too!

none yet... i just got the damn truck!
I am by no means a professional contractor or mechanic but I do majority of my home renovations and work on both mine and my wife's vehicles. I have a good mix of solid quality tools but I also have a good chunk of HF hand tools, as well as a bearing press kit, caliper kit and a few other odds and ends to include the 3ton jack and stands. For the money you pay on harbor freight tools they basically pay for them selves after a few weekends of use. I've yet to actually break a harbor freight tool and I've done quite a bit of work with them. No complaints on my end.

I've been meaning to pick up a set of those free scissors. Anyone have a review?

    Review on FREE scissors?
I don't. I have like 10 so if one breaks I'll use a new one.

Well, if the scissors are shit, I'll just grab another tarp.

Are they sharp enough to cut out some home made gaskets if needed? That sort of thing is all I'm looking for.

Did anybody submit a claim for the settlement yet?
