Hard Folding Tonneau Cover & Soft Topper on Same Rails?

Are there any hard folding tonneau covers and soft toppers which work in conjunction with each other? And to further embelish my fantasy I would like to still be able to use the factory cargo rails as well. The reasons are many but basicly I frequently need all of the following: an open bed to carry a a variety of different things, a closed and locked bed so no one can steal my stuff, and a topped bed so my dogs can ride with me. (They are just too damn big and slobbery for the cab) Options which aren't a possibility: another vehicle in addition to the Tacoma, A topper on pulleys in my garage, or a permenant topper and a trailer. I appreciate any suggestions/solutions. Thanks in advance for the help.
