Took my new 2016 V6 Tacoma on a 800 mile trip the day after purchasing it. On the way back after stopping to get fuel, I turned the ignition switch and no start. Then again, and again, and finally on the 4th or 5th turn of the key it started. How embarrassing as people were looking at me having trouble starting a brand new Tacoma. That was yesterday. It has continued to have trouble starting. Anyone else experience this issue? Going to give it a couple days before taking it to the shop. Called a service department and they have not heard of any issues with this

    Suggestion:
    After refueling,
    * Assure gas cap is tight
    * Turn key to "run" ("Ignition"), and wait 5 seconds before turning to "start"

(Sometimes, that problem may be caused by the electric fuel pump failing to get fuel to the injectors)

Let us know if that helped.

Truck should start immediately, every time, return to the dealer and have them FIX it!
