    Hard start when hot

Replaced IAC (oem), MAF (oem), Plugs, fuel regulator, fuel pump, and new injectors. I have read through many many many forums with no luck. Some forum members have been dealing with this issue for 5+ years. Seems to be a very common problem with no known fix on 96’ model trucks. Truck will start cold but after getting up to normal operating temperature and turning the truck off for a few minutes the truck will not start for another 20-25 mins. When attempting to start before the 20-25 min period you can smell raw fuel as if it is running really rich and flooding the engine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

First thing I 'd want to do is plug a scan tool in and see what the coolant temp and intake are temp are reading, after sitting overnight they should both be withing about 10 degrees of ambient temp.
Also see if they are in a plausible range with the engine at operating temp.
