I am finding it to be hard to find step bars for my single cab 08 prerunner. I want black. I believe that it would look better with the silver streak. I would also like a black bull bar. I can find the bull bar local just not the step bars. Thanks in advance.

I'm trying to read your post, and I believe you are asking for help.

    Try this
(Cliff notes= N-Fab or from your friendly neighborhood Toyota dealer)

    or here via google

Yes I was asking if someone else found some. I guess I should have been more clear. Sorry about that. Has anyone been able to find some reasonable prices on any step bars for a single cab?

Do you have a price range in mind?

I think the N-fabs are about $350 , but they are worth the money in my opinion.

Yes that one is reasonable. Thanks for the info. Do not care for the ones with the google link. I like the nerf with the stepping pad on them. I do not like the sliders. I feel that they are useless for me. I have a prerunner. The only time I am off road is when I drive into the back yard to hook up the camper.

Before you buy any check the vendors on this forum. They should be able to give you a discount.

I'm pretty sure the dealer steps are close to what you are talking about

    edit:maybe not

Are you talking about this kind?

I didn't look at all of them but Lund had a black single cab option.

    4wheelpart options

...and Nfabs are definitely not sliders. They have that look and they offer some protection, but they wouldn't really hold up to what sliders could

I edited with another link. Lunds might have what you want.

4wheelparts has nothing for a reg cab
What venders would I need to ask on here?

It had the option for single cab on a couple of the running boards, but it's too late for me to talk to my friends that work there. I'm pretty sure that a lot of the companies have universal mounting kits that could help you out. Lunds has that 54" one that the website says will fit on your truck.
