My 2003 Tacoma has "east coast heritage". I'm planning to install 5100s in the front, but I have my doubts that the shocks will include enough hardware to cope with this situation:

The bottom mounts look totally fine.

Can anyone help me to understand which extra parts I'm likely to need? The service manual seems to call the thing that the top of the spring and shock contact the "Suspension Support".

Better yet, does anybody who installed a lift have the stock hardware lying around gathering dust?

This page uses the term "Upper Support" for Toyota part number 48609-35010:

It seems crazy to pay almost as much for the mount as the shock, though.

    Thanks in advance!
