Looking to go to black mountain with some capable trucks.
Your shits gonna get scratches, you may break something, you will use your lockers and possible even have to winch winch a few times...
This thread is open for discussion for anyone who wants to wheel. No date set yet so start chiming in as to what works and what doesn't. Hopefully we can get a consensus going on a date.

Till then ill be here :

I don't think my little taco belongs in the "black mountains" but I'd be all for riding shotgun with someone.

We will be in harlan with a group Oct 27- 30 .... Will be running all sorts of trails with a mixed group from mild to extreme. We dont babysit or 'plan rides' so If you come you have to go with the flow. The main group stays at the Evarts campground, we stay in the cabins up the hill from the exxon in evarts.

That's cool.. not sure how you ever get to wheel if u don't plan but I guess that's not my problem. a few buds w Jeeps and samis r gonna there that weekend. If it wasn't Halloween and didn't have a 4 year old I'd be there too.

Life is so much more enjoyable when you're not living on a schedule ;)

I just mean, we roll out and see whats going on. If a trail is too crowded, we'll move on to the next one, if somebody breaks, we get them back moving again, if some folks wanna take off another way, no problem... this group doesn't feel the need to meet up and head out at a certain time. It just all happens organically.

We do plenty of wheeling over the weekend (for the past 4 years we've gone April and October).

We'd normally go the Fall Crawl weekend (this weekend, Oct 22) but the 28th is my birthday and a few others had schedule conflicts so we decided to go a little later this year.

I hear that.. I thought u ment something else. I'd like to say that's what I'd like to do but I work by appointments all day and can't ever be late so I guess I'm classically conditioned to have exact plan for everything. No worries though maybe ill see u out there afterall, I got the green light from my other half so now i just need a babysitter for Sunday and my ass end put back together and ill be good.
