being that the only people that would look at this is more than likely the pre runner guys on here i figured it was best to post my question in the long travel department. So, i need a harness bar for my truck so i can put the PRP seats and harnesses in the truck. Does anyone know of some one that makes a harness bar preferably bolt in for third gens

Don’t run harnesses without a cage.

Harnesses without a cage is bad juju - you become the "D" pillar when the A/B/C pillars start folding in a cage. Your stock seats will collapse with you in a roll over, rather than hold you up as the pillar.

Harness bars should be part of a roll cage build.

Don't cage a daily driver. You will regret it.

Schroth Racing makes a line of DOT legal harnesses, half of which buckle into or bolt into existing seat belt buckles or bolts.

I'm curious to try out their Quick Fit model before I cage my truck and it no longer is a DD.

    https://www.schrothracing.com/item/schroth-quickfit/tuning-Harnesses

They don't list the Tacoma as a vehicle in the drop-down, but I don't see why they wouldn't (maybe belt length). Tacomas have all the correct buckles and bolts to use the Quick Fit. I've tried to contact them with these questions without success.

Update if you go this route!
