....that their 6 speed auto transmission shifts like a 6 speed auto that is "learning" how to be efficient? I have and it doesn't bother me one bit.

....that their premium and technology package is kick ass? I'm a total nerd and I absolutely love the technology in the Tacoma.

....that the 3rd gen exterior styling looks awesome? I can't stop looking at it and when I see another on the road I'm a total looky-loo.

....that the interior styling is refined and well put together? No complaints here.

....that it's offroad capability is quite impressive? It's fun to take out and abuse.

....that for a truck, it is mysteriously comfortable to drive?

....that the fuel economy is better than my 05 Tacoma and WAY better than my 03 4Runner?

....that I find myself smiling when I am driving it, or washing it, or upgrading something on it?

....that I couldn't be happier with it and would buy the exact same one again in a heartbeat?

There are so many great things about this truck. It's worth every penny.

Yea, it's amazing that 3rd gen positive threads get accolades, but negative threads get deleted and bans ensue.

I can easily picture OP's post pinned to the walls of a drab cubicle somewhere.

It's actually pinned on the wall in my room in my parent's basement, but you're not far off.

I loved my 2nd gen, so I had no doubt I'd love the 3rd. Only one week in so far though.

hot damn, i need to join this circle jerk.

I'm just happy that my taco has never stalled on a steep incline, never had complete brake failure, moon roof never let water leak, and the god damn drum brakes actually slow the truck down. fuck yeah!

Cool. Can you help a brother out? Mine is in the shop for a leaking coolant bypass valve. They are telling me minimum 2 weeks to get the part. Can you expedite that for me?

I can actually do better than that. I'll have a brand new Tacoma delivered to your house. Let me know what upgrades you'd like and I'll have those installed prior to delivery too.

No vehicle that I have ever owned was as fun to drive as my 2003 OR. Its still fun to drive, to me. With that said, I never warmed up to my 2014 TRD Sport. Can't wait to get rid of it. I'm hoping I feel the same way the OP feels when my 2016 arrives. The 2014 has been FIRED! My '03 will never be let go, just hit 190,000 miles with nothing but regular maintenance.

Yeah, my 2004 was bulletptoof. I'm thinking about calling the guy I sold it to and offering him $1,000 more than he paid me to sell it back.
