Has anyone ever been to one of these?

Looks like you can probably get a good deal on certain things

 

Not for this but I've done them for bikes..good time at least checking stuff out and good fun to meet others

 

Hopefully they have 1st Gen parts

 

Where'd you get the flyer? Looks like a local enthusiasts' group. They may have a website or FB page with contact info through which you can reach them & ask.

 

Not a Toyota specific swap meet, but the big all inclusive one at PDX a few times.

If it's a really big venue and you plan on going with some friends, here is my advise to make it more productive.

Take a wagon for hauling anything you find and buy. Each person in your group should also have a FRS radio to keep in touch. Someone in the group will inevitably stop to haggle on a part and the rest of the group can keep moving. Then he can just use the radio to find the group.

Swap meets are a blast! Have fun!

Well this looks bad ass. I've been to a few swaps but nothing purly Toyota related. Wish I was closer

 

I would normally go the 1st Sunday of the month here for like an antique style swap meet to find rare items and DIY items.


Wondering if local fab, vendors, shops, etc. will be there? Looking for specific items to custom build and weld to my HC rear bumper.. hmmm. I might just pass by but have other obligations now. Thanks for the info @GyvesHD . I dont have social media except this site.. You would think IG or FB group would post this sooner and earlier here at TW. there's a large bay area TW peeps would be interested going to this.

And if anyone goes. Take pics and share..

Probably not the best weekend to schedule since half the city might be in LA for the football game this weekend and KOH is starting up.

I know BAMF is having meetups every month but not really a swap meet.

Ahh. I take it Chan will be there. He pretty much does OV or his version CVC tune and pretty reliable to taking care of you get what you want and re-tune for those that regeared to 5.29 or 4.88, secondary battery and tune the alternator to specs..

Would be nice to have a Toyota swap meet up here in the PDX area. God knows there are a million Toyotas roaming around here.
