Bedsides are nice and high, and windows are nice and narrow, just how I like it. Also, can never get enough of that body colour plastic!!!

    Predator nerf bars,
Got my 2019 Tacoma the 1st of February 2019. It was built in Texas on 19 January, a Saturday. I was expecting it to come from Baja Mexico but the dealer said they weren't producing Tacomas there at that time. I had ordered it in Nov 2018.

If it doesn’t subside, you need the door on the right.

factory side step, didn't get a chance to do anything to it yet, haven't even got to put it in 4 wheel mode yet. Lame, but I work a lot.
Seems like the same thing happened 2017-18. When I kept checking dealers inventory there was a lot of 17s, I think they were trying to clear them out before shipping the newest ones.

Tons of 2019 Tacomas on the lots here in Las Vegas,so I think they will keep making them at least till September. No lot needs 2020 models when they still have a lot of unsold 2019 Tacomas sitting around, and besides its not even April yet of this year.

How long does it take the factories to switch over the tooling for a new model year? I know in the 80's it was like 26 weeks to setup the factory for a new model. I think it's much faster now, but I don't know how much faster.

If I remember correctly the 18s were running behind schedule and didn't start arriving at the Dealerships until December

THat is true. The dealer dubbed mine "The Unicorn" because they had to find a off road 4x4, extra cab in cement gray. Apparently its rare. I didn't get it till late march of last year. They said it was the only one in California of that configuration and color.

I bought my 2019 in November of 2018.....Which means the 2018 stopped production around July/August 2018. I suspect it will be similar with the 2020's.

I don’t think the 2020 Tacoma is different enough to need new tooling, and I’d be surprised if they would switch the Tacoma line over to producing Corrollas for a few months with the insane effort involved in that.
