Stupid title. Yes!

I never really ever post pictures of my truck, but I washed and waxed it yesterday and snapped a few pictures before work today and I felt like sharing them.

It's not a super fancy expo rig or long travel dune jumper, but it serves me well on camping and fishing trips.

Ive put almost 50k miles on this truck in the past 4 years and still love driving it every day. I love that I can beat the piss out of the thing in the woods on said trips on the weekend, bring it home and spend a few hours detailing it, and it looks like its brand new. You'd never know it just rolled over 96k miles last weekend.

I like what you did with your rims. Was the cast aluminum finish coming off and you dressed them up and painted them? I'll have to do the same thing. Looks good.

Yep. I bought them used. As you can see, the truck is an Off Road that I added Sport wheel to. The clear coat was bubbling and oxidizing on all 4 of the wheels.

I knocked off all the clear and oxidation, cleaned up the curb rash, etched them, body worked the ugly spots, primed, and painted them.

I plan on redoing them this summer in the same paint I did my headlights in - it's a slightly darker shade of grey.
