What do you mean by "still doesn't want to stop"? Is the pedal soft, or is it firm and still doesn't have much stopping power?

How did you "blow" the lines out and make sure there was no air in them?
New waster was bench bled before before installation?
Maybe your new master cylinder is bad? Was a a Toyota part?
Any leaks at the brakes or proportioning valve?
My guess is that you still have some air in the lines and need try bleeding them again.

Sounds like the booster is not working correctly. Maybe a vacuum leak or it's not creating enough vacuum at the booster.

If you have a vacuum gauge, you can test the booster. Tee the gauge into the line to the booster and start the engine. You should see the full intake vacuum. If not, pinch the line to the booster and see if the vacuum improves....

I found out the hard way on Toyotas and BMWs that I needed to put something behind the
brake pedal to keep my helper from pushing the pedal all the way to the floor while bleeding the system.
A short length of 2x4 works well. If I don't do that, I usually have to replace the master cylinder because its internal seals were pushed to far along the bore causing them to fail.

Best of luck. One other thought; if one of your caliper pistons is not sealing well in it's bore there will be a squishy pedal a small leak. There is not very much fluid in the system so any leak may not be obvious without a careful look and possibly removing the wheels.

Are the rear brakes adjusted up correct ??

Using the Parking brake keeps them adjusted .

If they are not adjusted much of the pedal travel is used filling the wheel cylinder .

Just what started this installing of new brake parts ??

Do these Tacomas have an electric booster pump? If they do and you swapped it out, its like a thousand dollar part or something like that. I don't have the fsm for the tacoma yet, but for my land cruiser of the same year there is an electric booster pump and also there was a very specific method to bleeding the brakes. Without the Toyota SST(special service tool) , couldn't do it by yourself and not really with a vacuum bleeder either. It required two people due to the fact the pedal had to only be pressed in part of the way. Otherwise couldn't get all of the air out of the lines.

Edit: just a reminder to everyone, the more specific and detailed info you give about the truck and what you or others have done to it, the better your chance of getting good, detailed solutions or info from us.
