These trucks just look so good, in either stock form or with salary of mods thrown on them

That light output is amazing compared to what I have on my current 2gen. I’d take that any day of the week

What about the fact that fog lights are now slowly disappearing from vehicles due to them become obsolete with all this new headlight technology? On a lot of new cars you can't even get them on any trim level.

    All stock.
I too wish the highs were wider. My 2018
RAV4 headlights were awesome, 2022 Tacoma halogens were very good, and these 2024 are just ok. I do much of my driving on dark country roads.

I guess the silver lining is that the low beams are good and it is a relatively easy thing to add some aux lighting to help on the country roads.

Does anyone know if you can run with just fogs and parking lights, as in primary headlights off on the 4-gen?

When I went from a stock bumper to an aluminum aftermarket one on my 2-gen, I put in bigger and brighter than stock fogs and did the "hack" that allowed me to run them turned on completely independent of any headlight mode, brights, normal, parking or off.

I can not tell you how many times I have ended up being the lead vehicle in a nighttime white-out snowstorm because unlike everyone else, I could just run with my parking lights and fogs and see *exactly* where I was going because of how low to the ground they are and how far off axis from my eyes they are.

In my decades of experience in living and driving in the Colorado high country during winter, having a bright but low set of lights is near critical in avoiding the "Star Wars" effect of a blinding snowstorm. I know on the TH there are 3 aux switches pre-installed and if I have to go that route with another set or a bright light bar, so be it. But it would be good to know the modes of all the lighting before I plan for that...

Yes I tested this, fog lights can be turned on with just parking lights on

Yes...in my Canadian truck in the parking light poisition on the stalk the headlights are off and the fogs can be turned on.
