hey all, took possession of an '11 TRD 4X4 double-cab in black 2 weeks ago. the good wifey digressed and is allowing since i refrained from a costly, loaded full-size pickup, that i'm free (as much as a married-man can possibly be free), to mod my new taco. didn't really need a full-size anyway though i did opt for the 6' bed. ordered toytecs ULK today and have installed weathertechs "digital floormat" and clearcover lic. plate covers. interested in killer wheel/tires and premium sound system as well as superficial accessories for my daily-driver. tworld rocks, kudos to all having fun and dispensing ideas here!

    Save the money...

Just a lesson I've really taken heart to recently with the Federal debacle...

However if I had $10k to spend it would be,
    ARB Bullbar
    Warn 9.5XP winch
    OME Lift
ARB Aircompressor (which I have on good info they may be release a better one than the High output one currently offered)
    Rear Bumper
    Tires
    Sliders
    Tent
    Snorkel
    Water proofing the driveline

sorry fellas, should have mentioned my intentions more clearly. i do not intend to do serious off-roading or utilization of the bed regularly. this will almost certainly be a long-term vehicle possession-wise(owned a dodge dakota bought in '98 prior----13 years!) intend to go with the best gear reasonably allowable and bask in the joy of owning the greatest truck crafted by man!

So you wanna mod it.... And then not take it off road?? Why put 10k into modding!? I'd of just bought a car if wanted to put 10k into looks and sound

Perhaps you can get the most out of each and every mod by modding each and every month. Make it like a summer long Christmas morning.
