Have vendors include a phone number

Basically I have bought from a couple of TW vendors where I was having some issues where I know a simple phone call would fix everything. It just sucks having to rely on TW pms (sometimes email address is included) since most vendors on here are balls to the wall with making whatever they are selling.

I know there is a vendor review section and I have used it a few times personally, for good and bad service, but I don't see a reason to ruin someone's reputation over something small and minute. Maybe a phone number with certain hours or something should be part of the deal when you want to be a vendor on here.

 

Haha thanks Bob, I've learned my lesson (actually learned it twice now ) I just think if you're a vendor selling X product it would be the ideal way to get a hold of someone.
