    Simple solution. Buy a trailer. Cheaper than a $30k+ diesel.

    My dad has an 08 DC. Its pretty roomy but the back seats are like huge. But my dad has hauls some big ass loads a long ways with his. He loves it. I don't think he is ever gonna get a different truck.

    I went from a 2000 TRD to a 2005 Hemi QC 4x4. I needed something bigger. It took me almost 2 years to find a pre-2005 Tacoma TRD to get BACK into. I missed it A LOT! I'd do almost anything to get my old 2000 TRD back. My 2001 TRD isn't as nice. I liked the Hemi, but the Taco was better.
    BTW, a 4x8 sheet of plywood will NOT fit flat into the bed of a 2G Tacoma. The bed is not 8 ft long.
