    1. Modify your existing jack with extensions: https://www.911motorsports.net/Floor-Jack-Extension_p_77.htm
    2. Get an off-road jack:
    3. Get Speedway liners so you don't have to grease your leaf springs.

    Yep!

My question to a friend was specifically "what grease do you prefer" as he does tons of custom fab work and installs.

Then told me to just pry up the leaf pack with a pry bar or even a big ass flat head (cause everyone just happens to own one ) and I've done it that way every time since as this was some years back.

Only time I had to lift it, the way you requested above, is when I installed an aftermarket leaf pack.

HF Daytona 3 ton jack, with 6 ton jack stands on the frame, and extra 3 ton jackstands on the axle (cause I only had one jack at the time).

I don't recall, I haven't installed a leaf pack for another member for maybe a year and a half now but it could've been one of these

Yes. My AllPro expeditions started squeaking bad like a year after getting them. They already have the pads in between them but that doesn't help anymore. Used liquid lubricant and that helped for like 2 weeks but went back to normal, now trying heavy duty grease
