havoline oil, does anybody use it?

    Deck plate mod, intake silencer removed, AFE Pro Dry S Air Filter, debadged, Goodyear Duratracs 265/75R16. Flowmaster knock-off muffler!
    i just heard on the radio, to go to havoline.com & print off a coupon for 5qts of oil & an STP oil filter, for $12.99, offer ends 7/4/09 @ autozone. im not sure of the STP oil filter, im going to get it for my camaro & see how it works, just thought ild let everyone know about, in case some of u all use havoline oil.

    Havoline is decent dino oil. So long as you find the ILSAC/API rating and weight that meets you manual recommendation, there really is no bad oils to be had out there.

    Agreed with HootBro.

    I wonder if it still stinks? Back in the 70's when I was turning wrench it had the weirdest odor. We always called it recycled <flll in a brand>. But several swore by it. One of the guys I wrenched with also used it exclusively.
