We have the pallets complete and scheduled for pick-up with Aloha Freight. They should make this Saturday's boat, arriving next Wednesday to Oahu. However, with Thanksgiving, the parts won't be available to pick-up until the following Mon., Dec. 1. I need to know who is available that day for pick-up since the pallets need to be addressed to someone. While we tried our best, we couldn't keep everyone's order on one pallet, so a few a split between the two. Below is a break-down of what is on each pallet:

    Pallet 1 (80x40x42):
    Neil - OME2885
    Brooks - Complete order
    Eric - Complete order (bumper w/hitch + 1 box)
    Jesse - Bumper (2pcs) w/Fogs, TREDs
    Jimmy - Bumper, Skid
    Joshua - Sliders

    Pallet 2 (50x38x40):
Miles - Leaf Springs + box
    Jesse - Snorkel
    Jimmy - Side Pieces
    Joshua - All suspension
Matthew - Complete order (less backordered AALs)

Sarah, so it needs to be one name for both pallets?

I'm available after 1230 on mon dec.1 if that works. I may also have 2 trucks for the pick up incase we need to get things off the property. That's the best I can do, unless someone else can make it earlier?

Ok guys...so after a little brain storming with Neil we all need to be there for the pick up and available to take all of your times with you. I can fit the big pallet in the back of my truck to get it out of there if necessary. I spoke to Aloha Freight and we have to pick up the pallets and break them down somewhere else. But, that means if two of us picked up one pallet each that we'd all have to gather at a designated place for everyone to grab their items. So, if the 1st is the day everything is ready can eveeryone be there to get their things early afternoon after lunch? Or is the morning better? I need everyone's feedback ASAP so that we're all on the same page.

Great I'm available at that time too.

Oh yeah, just putting this out there. If anyone is interested in getting in on a pallet order for a BAMF sliders order let me know. Now til the end of November it's 25% off and it's $600 +/- shipping per pallet. So, first 5 to order make the pallet.

Hope everyone can chime-in soon for a possible pick-up location.. Sorry, but I cannot "product-sit" a bunch of stuff with personally just a set of 885s on the order..

Since at least 2 are available for the pick-up at fright place, they can pickup about 12:30, drive to meet site and have a "window" for pick-up.. Just like the last GB the faster everyone can get down there, the better...... Since Aloha is in Mapunapuna, maybe the basketball court area under Moanalua park (under the overpass) would be a good spot as there is shade and such.. (just a thought)...

No it can be different. I was thinking yours on one and Matthew for the other since you guys have the bulk of the items.

The total weight is about 1600-lbs. - roughtly 950 on the larger pallet, 650 on the smaller one.

Thanks for coordinating this on your end! We've tried to label every item so it is clear who it goes to.

My 1230 availability is not solid, as with my job I could get a late call forcing me to stay hours late...but like I said, I can have me and anot her friends truck and we can tear down the smaller pallet, load all items plus rubbish and everyone else could pick up from my house to their convinience. So if that works for guys on pallet #2, I can do that.

And potentially, take some of pallet #1 parts if brooks/Neil don't have enough space if we can meet at the same time. Btw, what is the pickup times/business hours?

I'm sure we all appreciate the offer, but if you're timeframe isn't a definite then it's too hard for everyone to depend on you. If there anyway you'll be able to make it solid?

    Where do you live btw?

Working in waialua, unless I get moved out...and I live in kaimuki. As long as we get the product off their property everyone can work out the pick ups individually. But yes, I agree...hopefully others can chime in and get a better plan

I get off work at 8:00am Monday. I'm stationed in Kalihi and can probably be at Aloha by 8:30 if I don't have any last minute alarms. I'll be off for the rest of the day as long as I don't have to pick up from school. I can probably store a few items besides my own at my house in Kaimuki.

Ok why don't we keep it for 12:30 pm. Aloha Freight is right outside of Mapunupuna. We can have them drop the two pallets on two of our trucks and then convoy over to the park like Neil suggested.

As it stands it looks like everyone should be accounted for. I'm making arrangements to take care of Josh's items and Neil will take care of Miles packeges.

Jimmy is available anytime and so is HiFire...not sure if you're Eric or Jesse. But either way you live in Kaimuki and so does Matthew (lemon177) Supposedly Matthew get's off in time but maybe you two can work something out since you guys are neighbors. So, I think that only leaves one person that didn't respond or is that everyone?

Ok, so it sounds like Brooks and Neil are committing to be there to pick up the pallets, so I will put their names on them. Thanks again for making the arrangements on your end! I will forward any further shipment info I receive. Thanks!
