    Hey,
    I recently installed a Pioneer avh-p3200dvd head unit. Installation was smooth but Ive ran into some odd outcomes.

    -airbag light is on
    -the hazard/clock bar is not working.

    Now I know there is a plug in the back of the hazard/clock piece , but for the life of me I can not find what plugs into it. I have one connector left over after I insatlled the head unit, but it does not fit into the hazard/clock unit.

    I am wondering if I am making a silly mistake or if I caused some serious harm to my system. Thank you very much.

    Matthew

    It sounds like you didn't plug in the connector on the hazard/clock button thing below your radio. My airbag light came on when I installed my radio & tested the radio before plugging the hazards/clock back in.

    The pass seat belt reminder is also in that block. So what you need to do get the airbag light to go out is have someone sit in the seat before you turn the key on and stay sitting there until you turn the key on/off at least one time.

    The plug for the hazards has to be there. The connector you tried is probably for the steering wheel controls (3wires). You might need to take your head unit back out and look down towards the a/c controls or off to the sides by the glove box or instrument cluster.

    @tacobo670 I love you

    @Nelson Tacoma
    So more likely than not the actual cord is hidden or fell down below. It's not pissible that I took it out or anything like that? I did not cut a wires or anything like that. I do not have steering wheel control currently on my vehicle. Thanks you for the responses guys
